One of our Sprouts is a serious runner - running a full 42K marathon in the spring and running at least 1 hour each morning. It seems he's found that elusive runner's high (the Sprout penning this entry is looking for said high but apparently you actually have to run - not jog/walk/walk/complain/walk/fake a muscle pull). Perhaps one reason for Marathon Sprout's runner's high is the heavenly trail he frequents. Dancing along the water's edge, this trail is best described by viewing the photos posted below. Even on a rainy fall morning these photos make you want to slip on your running shoes and listen to something grand....whether Vivaldi's Four Seasons Autumn (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QOSg7LFgt6Y) or Survivor's Eye of the Tiger (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VgSMxY6asoE). Let it not be said that every generation does not have it's greats!
